Liquid termite treatment
Liquid treatments address subterranean termites through treatment of soil and other approved areas around the structure. Access, foundations, attached slabs, and the product label affect the proposed work.
Liquid and bait-system options
Begin with a free initial termite inspection. Mosquito Maxx offers both liquid termite treatments and termite bait systems, with recommendations and pricing custom quoted for the property. Retreatment coverage is available with applicable annual inspection/renewal; written terms apply.

A termite bait system uses stations placed around the property as part of an ongoing control program. Ask about station placement, servicing, and the annual renewal terms when comparing options.
Annual inspection and renewal options are available for continued termite coverage.

Schedule an inspection if you find mud tubes along the foundation, winged insects emerging indoors, or wood that appears damaged. Those signs need identification. Old damage alone does not tell you whether termites are active today.
An inspection helps determine whether there is visible activity and what access or construction details affect the treatment. You can also ask about preventive treatment when no visible activity is found. A clear inspection today does not guarantee that termites will never reach the structure.
When reviewing liquid and bait-system options, consider the initial work, ongoing inspections or servicing, annual cost, and written coverage. Retreatment coverage and repair coverage are different; use the written agreement to understand what is included.
